We install and service A.O. Smith gas and electric tank water heaters and the Voltex hybrid heat pump models, for homes and small commercial spaces from Hayward to the Tri-Valley.
In parts of the East Bay, especially the Tri-Valley, hard water builds sediment fast. That shortens the life of any tank. A yearly flush and checking the anode rod keeps an A.O. Smith running closer to its full life.

A 40 gallon tank suits most 2–3 bedroom homes. Four bedrooms or back-to-back showers usually call for 50. We'll size it when we see the house.
Yes. Our installed price includes removing and disposing of the old water heater.
