What's different here

We're employee owned. The people running the jobs hold a piece of the company, and that isn't a slogan on a careers page — it's the structure. Our Operations Manager and Office Manager are both partners.

We're not a private-equity roll-up. We're a family company that's been on West A Street in Hayward for twenty years, growing on purpose, with people who intend to still be here.

Who we're looking for

Service PlumberResidential service and repair across the East Bay. Journeyman-level experience preferred; we'll consider strong apprentices ready to run calls.
Apprentice / HelperLearn the trade properly on real jobs. No experience needed — show up, work hard, and we'll train you.
Drain TechnicianCabling, jetting, camera work. Sewer experience a plus.
Dispatcher / CSROffice role running the board and the phones. Bilingual English and Spanish is a real advantage.
Sales / Comfort AdvisorLarger jobs — repipes, tankless conversions, water treatment. Home services background preferred.
Partner-track rolesFor experienced operators who want ownership rather than a wage. Ask for Ahmad.
