Emergency plumbing

Burst pipe, flooding, or sewage coming up through a drain. We're open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and a person picks up the phone — not a menu.

Licensed Insured Bonded 5-Year Warranty CSLB #1156315

Before you call: shut off the water

If water is actively flowing where it shouldn't be, shutting off the supply is the single most useful thing you can do.

  • For one fixture — the shutoff valve is usually right below the sink or behind the toilet
  • For the whole house — the main shutoff is typically where the service line enters, in the garage, a utility closet, or an exterior wall near the front
  • Water heater — there's a shutoff on the cold inlet at the top of the tank

If you smell gas, don't call us first. Leave the building, then call PG&E or 911 from outside.

What counts as an emergency

  • Burst or leaking pipe with active water damage
  • No water to the house
  • Sewage backing up into tubs, showers, or floor drains
  • Water heater leaking heavily or failing
  • Main line stoppage with no usable drains
  • Gas line concerns — after you've called PG&E

How we handle after-hours calls

You call, a person answers. We ask what's happening, tell you what to shut off, and give you an honest read on when we can be there.

Some things genuinely can wait until morning, and we'll say so rather than sending someone out at 2am to charge you for it. When it can't wait, we come.

Free estimates, no trip fee — including at 3am

Coming out to look costs you nothing, at any hour. You get the price before work starts, and you approve it. That doesn't change because it's a weekend or the middle of the night.

Property managers

Tenant emergencies don't schedule themselves for business hours. We take the call directly, dispatch, and send photos and an invoice the same day so your records stay clean. See setting up a vendor account.

Common questions

Are you really open 24 hours?

Yes — 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and a person answers rather than a machine.

Do you charge extra for nights and weekends?

You'll always have the price in writing before any work starts, and the estimate and trip are free regardless of the hour.

How fast can you get here?

It depends on where you are and what's already on the board. We'll give you an honest window when you call rather than an optimistic one.

What should I do while I wait?

Shut off the water at the fixture or the main, move what you can out of the water's path, and don't use drains if sewage is backing up.
