Junk removal

A garage you can't park in, a unit a tenant left full, or the pile of old fixtures and drywall a project left behind. We load it, haul it, and sweep up after.

What we haul

  • Appliances — old water heaters, washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves
  • Furniture and mattresses — from a single couch to a whole unit
  • Garage and yard cleanouts — years of boxes, tools, and stacked "someday" piles
  • Construction debris — cabinets, fixtures, flooring, drywall from a remodel
  • Turnover cleanouts — everything a tenant left behind, cleared before the next showing

How it works

You tell us roughly what's there, or send a photo. We give you a price before we load anything — no trip fee, and no charge if you decide against it once you hear the number. Pricing is by volume, so what you pay depends on how much of the truck your load takes up, not on how long we're there.

We do the carrying. You don't need to move anything to the curb first, and you don't need to be there the whole time as long as we can reach it.

Why the plumber does junk removal

Because we were already doing it. Replace a water heater and there's an old one to get rid of. Repipe a house and there's a pile of galvanized in the driveway. Do a turnover for a property manager and half the job is hauling out what the last tenant left. It was easier to put a truck on it than to keep telling people no.

The same crew, the same phone number, and the same habit of telling you the price first.

What we can't take

Hazardous material has to go through the proper channels — paint, solvents, motor oil, pesticides, asbestos, and medical waste are the usual ones. Tell us what's in the pile when you call and we'll say plainly what we can and can't load, and where the rest needs to go. We'd rather sort that out on the phone than on your driveway.

Property managers and turnovers

If you manage units, a cleanout usually has a clock on it — the unit can't be shown until it's empty. We schedule turnovers around your timeline, and the haul can go on the same invoice as whatever plumbing the unit needed. See property manager services.

Common questions

Do you charge to come look?

No. Estimates are free and there is no trip fee, whether you book the haul or not.

How is junk removal priced?

By volume — how much space your load takes in the truck. You get that number before we load anything.

Do I have to move everything outside first?

No. We carry it out. Garage, attic, back unit, upstairs — that is the job.

Can you take an old water heater or furnace?

Yes. Old appliances are one of the most common things we haul, and if we are replacing the unit anyway the old one goes with us.

What about hazardous material?

We can't take paint, solvents, oil, pesticides, asbestos, or medical waste. Tell us what's in the pile when you call and we'll point you to where it needs to go.
