Everyday fixture work
Toilets
Running constantly, rocking on the flange, weak flush, or leaking at the base. Most are a repair — flapper, fill valve, wax ring, or flange. Replacement when the bowl is cracked or the unit is old enough that repairs stop being worth it.
Faucets and sinks
Drips, low flow, corroded shutoffs, and new fixture installation in kitchens and bathrooms. Including the part people dread: getting the old corroded supply lines off without breaking something.
Garbage disposals
Humming but not turning, leaking from the housing, or jammed. Repair where the unit has life left, replacement where it doesn't, and correct installation either way so it isn't leaking under the sink in six months.
Shutoff valves and supply lines
Old angle stops seize up and then fail exactly when you need them. Replacing them is a small job that saves a much larger one later.
Gas lines
New gas line runs for ranges, dryers, water heaters, and outdoor kitchens, plus repairs to existing lines. Gas work is permitted and pressure-tested. If you smell gas, leave the building and call PG&E and 911 first — don't wait for a plumber.
Kitchen and bath remodels
We handle the plumbing side of a remodel from rough-in through finish:

- New sink, faucet, and disposal sets
- Coordinating around your other trades so the inspection sequence works

Whole-house filtration and water softener installation, sized to your household and the water your district actually delivers. East Bay water hardness varies significantly depending on whether you're served by EBMUD, Alameda County Water District, or Zone 7, which changes what makes sense for your home.
