Some installs depend on what's already there — gas line size, venting, electrical, or where the shutoff is. If your situation needs something beyond the standard install, we tell you before we begin, and you can cancel for a full refund if you'd rather not proceed.

Replacing existing equipment in the same location, with the gas, water, electrical and venting already in place and up to code. If your situation needs more, we tell you the difference in price before starting, and you can cancel for a full refund.
